“I have yet to receive and have been told to wait till 30/11/25 even though I was told delivery was the 20/10/25. Happy to take my money though! Not impressed with the service or customer care.”

“I haven't actually received my phone. It should have been delivered by 17th October (which is already 4 weeks after ordering). I have emailed the company twice with no response and there doesn't appear to be anywhere on the wowcher website to contact and report this.”

Thank you for your review, As I can see this voucher is redeemed on Oct 9th 2025 Please allow up to 14 working days for standard delivery after redeeming. We can confirm this order is still currently within the 14 working day delivery period and is due to be delivered by 29th Oct 2025. Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not working days. “I have still not received my order I have emailed the company 4x and they still have not responded. Not sure if it's a legit company but I had paid for the S24 and delivery charges. My expected delivery date was for the 15th October I have emailed Cyrus@ZonkeShop.com numerous times no response. It's getting frustrating now.”
