Have not received it. Courier left without knocking and it’s missing . Jumping through hoops trying to get communication with the company selling & the courier . I will never buy an item from wowcher again .

Nightmare to put together, the instructions are unclear and there were pieces missing. I wanted to return it but you have to pay for the postage so I ended up giving it away

If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. (If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or to contact the merchant directly.) Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item then your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return. Please note: If your item is damaged/faulty, take some photos as evidence in case of dispute from the merchant. Had an issue when first delivered but quickly resolved, excellent service. The shed itself is just what I needed for kids toys and bikes.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your goods. The advertised delivery period can be located on the bottom of your voucher, having checked your order I can see that your order is still within the designated delivery period. Please contact us if you haven't received your goods after the advertised delivery period.

You obviously didn't read my email I sent. I haven't received my order yet. I received 1 of 2 boxes. Still waiting for the second box to arrive. I took last week off from work to prep for the delivery. Received an email from Eviri that it would be delivered 22nd, then the 19th, then on the Wednesday it was delivered only one box. Which the packaging advised not to open until box 2 is delivered. Very disappointing as I had arranged for someone to assemble this. In which I had to pay a call out charge due to the shed not being delivered. This to me is so unprofessional. If you are arranging for a third party to arrange delivery, at least check to see that the stock is available prior to delivery date given Liz Devlin. This issue is still not resolved. On erecting the shed I had a missing panel P3 , I contacted the supplier who has not yet responded. I had two tradesmen building the shed as per the box instructions which now I have to pay more for them to come back to finish the job, once the other panel is delivered. Please make this Issue a priority and find out what the outcome and timing will be .

This was the worse item I have had to build. The sheets were bent and the instructions not as clear as they could have been. Took best part of 12 hours to build.

Shed supposed to be delivered in 2 large boxes box 1/2 and box 2/2. Box 2/2 came and box was damaged and screws are missing. 4 panels are bent out of shape and still not heard from supplier. Box 1/2 came 4 days later which seems ok
