“I had an amazing time,sauna ,steam and the swimming pool. Except the blow dry is not that great and they could’ve provide the Towel for free . They charged for the towel £10each person. My massage therapist she’s friendly and expert,I love my facial massage.I used the £10 voucher provided . Mind you the treatment is £50 for 25minutes I had my facial done paid extra £30 because I used my £10 and my husband £10 voucher He didn’t want to get any massage because it is expensive. The staff were really nice and helpful. Specially the receptionist I forgot her name she was really helpful and patience when I bombarded her with too many questions .5star for her . And for our 2course meal We love it , I love the bread provided As starter and the food was delicious,Thank you chef’s And the lady who served us, she’s attentive and take care extra for us .”

“My daughter and I had a really lovely day!The spa was perfect! I think the towels robes etc should be complimentary... £30 was quite a surprise !The lunch was delicious!We both enjoyed the facials! Over-all, a very relaxing experience!”

“Lunch and service was 5 stars, excellent. The spa was poor, we took our robes but were told we also had to pay for towels. Spa is actually separate, so not really a spa for two! Otherwise the steam room, sauna and swimming pool were ok. Refreshments were nice but we had to wait 30 min for the coffee machine to be cleaned. We were not offered treatments nor reminded about the £10 off treatments so we did not use them. The used towels left on loungers were not removed. I saw the changing room being checked and cleaned but not around the swimming pool and loungers. Used towels were left there for the whole duration- almost 2h.”
