“Lunch was excellent as was the gym. The spa was a disappointment: the facilities were not in keeping with the expectations of a 5 star hotel. There were so many lockers not working. Toilets and showers were not very clean.”

“I visited the spa as part of a lunch and spa package and, unfortunately, the spa experience was very disappointing. While the lunch itself was of a good standard, the spa fell far below expectations. On arrival, the reception experience was unwelcoming and unprofessional, with no explanation of the facilities and an overall dismissive attitude. Several lockers were broken, key facilities such as the steam room and one of the hydro-massage features were out of order, and this was not communicated in advance. The spa was extremely overcrowded, with no available seating or loungers, and the atmosphere was far from relaxing due to loud groups and families. The men’s showers and toilets were also unclean, which was particularly off-putting as this formed our first impression of the spa facilities. Overall, this was not the relaxing experience expected, and I would not recommend the spa based on this visit.”

“I had a wonderful birthday at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel. I enjoyed the spa, but would like to draw your attention to a couple of issues. 1. Most of the lockers are broken. 2. The showers are too hot. It's actually a health and safety issue, as you could scald yourself whilst trying to adjust the temperature.”

“Firstly we arrived early,l and went straight to reception, the receptionist allowed us to put away our bags and then we went to the restaurant area to eat. Restaurant was really nice, the waitress was amazing. Food was also amazing. Once we finished eating, we went back to the spa, the sauna, and the pool area. Was very nice.”

“Unfortunately, what I encountered fell drastically short of expectations. The facility was noticeably dirty and had an unpleasant smell throughout, which was immediately off-putting. Rather than the tranquil, relaxing spa environment advertised, the space resembled more of a basic leisure centre - and a poorly maintained one at that. The sauna and steam room were run-down, lacking both cleanliness and the sense of care expected from a professional spa. There was nothing remotely serene or luxurious about the experience. It was not what I was promised or paid for. The luch however, was very nice. I would not reccomend the Spa.”
