“A disgusting box full of either out of date or nearly out of date items - no recognisible big brand items as described - 19 of the products wers bakery items, several other items were from completely unrecognisbile sources and worst of all I could not get in touch with the company to complain about this box of useless food items - which also were not delivered until I chased them up about a fortnight later. I feel this is a complete misrepresentation of the goods offered and of no value at all. Dreadful.”

“Well.....I was not happy at all. 7 of the contents were either out of date (one for July 2025.....I received the box in October)...I also did not think the contents were worth what was stated. I emailed the merchant several times but no response. Contacted Wowcher ....and was advised to send the box back to the merchant and they will refund. Still trying to get the merchant to respond and tell me where to send the box!!!!!”

Dear Customer Here I see you have purchased 5 vouchers, in which have redeemed only 1, kindly redeem remaining vouchers Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “80% of the items in the package were out of date. There were damages, which meant they needed thrown. Very disappointed with this package.”
