“Because i trusted your brand, i ordered without looking at the reviews for bargain buddy. They are all the same as mine 1 star. My one star is because I paid you and Bargain Buddy. You're chat messages made no sense, constantly repeating that I'd not redeemed, when I had. I also reached out to you because my grocery box hasn't arrived and I had messaged them several times to no avail. I foolishly thought you'd be able to help given you clearly have a relationship with them. But, no, I was wrong as you continually directed me to the merchant, same repeated message assuming I'd not done so, when I had, absolute madness, I've never been so frustrated!! I am now £45 out of pocket!! Needless to say, I will never deal with you again!”

“Ordered 3/11/25, said delivery 3-5 working days. As of today 15/11/25 never received parcel. Emailed the admin@bargainbuddy.co.uk x 3 but never had a reply. Seems parcel is stuck with Yodel. Not my problem. So will never use again. Waste of money......”

“I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY OF THE TWO MYSTERY BOXES? I WAS IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND THEY PROMISED TO DELIVER BUT NOTHING HAS ARRIVED? I PAID £40 REALLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM REALLY NOT WELL AT PRESENT SO I WILL CANCEL IF THEY DONT ARRIVE IN 2 DAYS. CAN YOU SPEAK TO THEM PLEASE? KAREN MAITCHELL DL1 1DQ”
