“The location is not a spa. It is a gym club. The pool is a very ordinary swimming pool with no space for loungers or indeed any kind of seating poolside other than four sun type beds which look like they were bought at the range and which were hogged by the same four women thoughout my visit. The facilities are poor and crowded. The sauna and steam room tiny and crowded. The jacuzzi small and crowded jammed in at the end of the pool. If f you want a relaxing spa day you will not find it here. Five staff present on arrival showed no interest. Awful reception. Busy, staff unattentive. I've had better.surroundings and better food and coffee at the local Greggs. The place was cold, univiting with the obvious accent on sellling you as much stuff as possible. The staff were obviously could too as they were mostly wearing outdoor clothing to keep warm ! Outstanding facilities are nothing of the sort. Shabby and outdated. The entire layout of the place is not conducive to a relaxing experience. Changing rooms are no better than at your local authority swimming pool. Mission statement reads "We are committed to you achieving your well being goals through enjoyment, great service and innovation in outstanding facilities. This particular location does not do any of these things. I feel really cross. From reception, to facilities, to catering, to uninterested staff who did not even know how to use your it systems the whole experience was underwhelming and extremely disapppointing......and not cheap either. Absolutely awful !!!”

“We had a fairly pleasant time at the spa, the facilities were great and the therapist and treatment was great. They do not have no adaptations for disabled customers or disabled toilet facilities and we ended up leaving early due to other spa guests being extremely rude and judgmental. I would not recommend attending this spa if you are non able bodied or have a hidden disability. I have address our issues with the spa directly however have not received any response. It was a big spa package that was booked via Wowcher with a great discount. However even though we checked in advance and asked staff our overall experience was not great. We will not be returning to this particular spa.”
