“Staff were unhelpful and not very welcoming. Very brightly lit room to wait in, had messed up our bookings for treatments and felt very budget and not pampered experience we wanted!”

“It was lovely and calm room where we got the massage and then had access to all the facilities and they had a jaquizie which was so relaxing. I would recommend it to everyone”

“Absolutely fantastic every member of staff were very helpful and friendly. The treatments were done by Katie and she made me feel so relaxed from the beginning to the end and I felt destressed and so much more calmer than before she started. It was a amazing experience thank you so very much”

“The pool area, steam room and sauna were great, but the treatments weren't satisfying at all, we were told that the facilities would ve open till 7:30, including the relaxation room but they closed it at 5 and the cleaning staff were really rude about it. I never recieved any vouchers either, they never told us about upgrading our treatments on arrival, I only noticed a small board on the side while leaving.”
