“When I ordered this polo shirt the price was great, so I actually ordered 3 colours on the same order number, however, when I tried to redeem the order, I was charged £4.99 delivery for each one. Order was placed on 14/5 & delivery was supposed to be within a couple of days, but it took 16 days to arrive. This raised suspicions, so I have compared the labels with the genuine Lacoste labels already owned & they are completely different, also, there is no spare trademarked button, which is always included in original labels. Genuine Lacoste labels are Lacoste Operations, Paris, this one has labels from China. The quality is good, but it is certainly not Lacoste quality. I have been missold this item, so will be seeking a refund.”

“Ordered 18th May and a 21st May delivery stated. Had to contact supplier on 28th May as not been received. The item hasn't even been sent and now due 4th June. Unfortunately 2 day after I go on holiday. Be warned about the abysmal delivery and customer service as you have to chase the supplier. Also had to pay £3.99 extra for the delivery that is now 17 days. Won't be using Wowcher again”

“Not received shirt, had no reply from seller after contacting 4/5 times, delivery by 21/05/25 A total rip off, do not lose your money, do not buy as it is a total rip off!”
