“Never received and was suppose to come a few weeks ago. Can't find any information as to who/were it's suppose to be coming from, so can't even see if there's an issue/delay. Very annoying. Don't even know who to get in touch with to resolve”

“Not great. This was my first time using Wowcher. Unfortunately still haven’t received the item to review it. The order was placed on 11 May 2025, with an expected delivery date of 13 May. I sent an email on 15 May but received no response from Tag Deal until I escalated the issue through Wowcher. Only then did they force a reply, at which point I was informed that there had been a delay. Now, I’ve been told I won’t receive the item until next week at the earliest, yet I still have no clear ETA. When a company takes a customer’s money, I expect openness, transparency, and good communication. Given this experience, I’ll think twice before placing another order, both with Tag Deal and Wowcher.”

“Ordered 2 polo shirts on April 29th with a delivery date of 6th May , one arrived on Friday 16th May , other still to arrive with no delivery date . I paid 2 delivery charges, with Wowchers promise that if they are not delivered on time you will receive you monies back, this is not the case , as I got told no . Myself I would never purchase from wowcher again as their customer service is very disappointing.”
