“Bought 2 tickets x 2 and once claimed it, I regreted it. I felt it is a scam just to sell the tickets especially if you are paying half the price for the wowcher code and go through all the hastle of claiming and redeaming the code etc etc only to pay the same price again to watch the movie at the Vue while paying for the tickets for the super lux tickets It is another way of making wowcher deal sound like a deal where as it is not My advice for others will be, always check how much you will be paying at the final point... and take it from there I will never fall for it again, not for Vue at least...”

“I would advise not buying. I bought five tickets thinking it was a good deal however there was a £2 fee on each ticket as you booked them. So I ended up paying a further £10. Disappointed with the hidden charge.”

“I purchased the 5 ticket deal but when I went to use them I was forced to pay an additional £2/£4/£6 per ticket even though the cinema wasn't on the list of where I would have to on the wowcher selling page. These additional charges meant I saved hardly anything on the price I could have paid direct at vue :( I then get a reply from wowcher saying I was made aware of the additional lux surcharges on their website when ordering and they also sent me a list of the VUE cinemas where the surcharge was applicable, but the cinema I used (Newcastle-under-Lyme) isn't on said list. I did reply but no response as do feel like I was mis sold these tickets. No good customer service wowcher.”
