“It wasn't until I read the very small print that I realized I had to pay an additional £4 for each ticket plus an admin fee ! Not worth it and somewhat misleading. Will not be using again”

“I give 3* I was disappointed for the first time with wowcher. It was very hard to book the tickets. Also had to pay £2 per ticket extra. It doesn't make it much of a saving. It's a shame really. The Vue cinema is very good. I take my grandchildren in school holidays.”

“Once purchase I redeemed. But once I needed to use them they were no where to be found. I tried going through wowcher again but nothing. I have spent money and I cannot locate them.”

“Very difficult to use. It said to redeem voucher, which I did by entering my name and address details, then I couldn’t get my vue tickets because the voucher is redeemed! So I basically wasted my money. Please would you transfer payment for unused Wowcher to my wallet.”

“Vue cinema at Norwich castle mall was really good. Lovely seats, comfortable the only draw back was the food and drinks was quite expensive. But apart from that it was ok.”

“I bought the voucher for two people and when I tied to redeem it there was a problem so although I had added the voucher codes I did not complete the booking of the tickets but I am now unable to use the voucher codes for anything else as the voucher seems to be redeeemed. There is no phone or chat available to sort the problem. I downloaded the voucher codes but did not book the Vue cinema tickets. Never by anything from Wowcher again”

“BEWARE an extra £2 charge maybe added to every single ticket bought EVEN IF YOUR CHOSEN CINEMA ISN'T LISTED AS HAVING THE EXTRA CHARGE ON WOWCHERS T&C's. Of course wowcher accept no responsibility for their false advertising & lack of information sharing as usual. Will not use wowcher again.”
