“I was very excited to receive the pilate board and put it together as soon as it arrived. I was very disappointed at the quality of the materials it was uneven and very jolty to use . The handles slipped out of the holes which in my opinion was very dangerous. There were no instructions with it and the board didn't even resemble the picture that came with it . I emailed the company to say that I wasn't very happy with it and thought it was dangerous and faulty. They asked me for video evidence which I sent . There reply was I could send it back but I had to pay the return postage which was £8. I was very disappointed.”
