“Still not received item 10 days after expected delivery date . Have tried to cancel and asked for refund however still not happened . Also had to spend a further £10 on delivery ! Such a shambles”

“The machine should have arrived by 12th February. It still hasn't arrived and no tracking information. I have contacted obero international twice and got some bog standard response. I will not hold my breath that this will arrive so will have to try and get my money back.”

“NOT RECEIVED AND NO COMMUNICATION OTHER THAN WHEN I CONTACTED AND SENT TRACKING WHICH CONFIRMS NOT EVRN ON THIS COUNTRY!! WILL NOT NE BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN”

“I haven’t received my order, it was supposed to have been delivered by the 11th feb, I’ve emailed the supplier twice with no reply, I’ve had no communication at all from the supplier. There’s a tracking number to check progress of the delivery but when you click the link it says there’s no information. Very disappointing, I can’t contact wowcher either as it states that I have to contact the supplier, it’s put me off ordering from wowcher in the future.”
