“Received a tier 1 product. Offered as free gift, instead sent as only gift Paid extra for the better bundle and got one of the worst from the lower tier. Pretty poor”

“This is a big scam! Nothing like Tech in this deal. In two weeks I was forced to have two back pack bag same colour same product!!! I will never recommend this deal. Better call it it a bag deal not a Tech deal What will I do with same bag same colour?????? .”

“My mystery deal turned out to be a rucksack. I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund soon after ordering but they didn't get back to me until the next day and told me it was too late and to refuse delivery which I done. This deal cost me £19.99 plus £3.99 for delivery, I still haven't received a refund!”
