“Having never received the mystery deal and still trying to find out what happened and get a refund I am extremely frustrated and angry that Wowcher have been very slow in trying to assist. Needless to say I won’t bother buying anything from Wowcher again”

“I paid for the premium level gift and received a cheap duck light. I lookedbup the value on amazon and the product was jnsee £5. I have returned the gift and attached the return post label accordingly and await a refund but have been unable to contact the company regarding reimbursement as have not received confirmation of receipt. The item was returned by first class and the cost of the return was actually more expensive than the "premium surprise"! Please provide the third party email contact details as these now don't appear on the wowcher log and just shows i have received the item.”
