“Hi downloaded Samsung wearable app on my Motorola G 5 phone the watch won't work with the app the app doesn't connect with the watch Samsung helpline tried unsuccessfully over the phone this should be resolved before any further watches are sold very disappointed in this product hope this will be looked into and the problem solved Many thanks Allan Parsons”

“Watch included no instructions. We had to google the model to work out how it turned on. Was told to charge and it will automatically turn on, it didn’t. Does not work.”

“Got it on time, fast delivery, but the bezel is not working any longer. Looks very old, used well. When I received it, a small piece of rubber was sticking out from underneath the bezel. I keep it anyway because I can still use it.”

“The advert does not tell you that it cannot be paired with newer models of samsun phones, rendering it useless. The watch being fully charged for optimum period only lasts 6 hours after switching to low battery mode itself. Waste of money”
