“Looks nothing like picture, watch face is scored and looks old. Wasn't rose gold, just had a pink strap attached. Whilst I understand it's refurbished it's very poor quality.”

“Watch arrived with no charging dock, (7 days after selected delivery date) Borrowed charger and watch still wouldn't turn on. I have emailed, called and WhatsApped the using the customer service contact details and the response had been little to none. I am now in process of returning the faulty watch and hoping to either get a full refund or a working watch with a charger. This is my first wowcher purchase and it's been a nightmare so far, absolutely would not recommend buying this wowcher to anyone. Purchase date 19/11/2024 today's date 6/12/2024 and I still do not have a clear picture of when I will receive the item I purchased (was to be a gift for my daughter) sadly she was disappointed on the day!!”
