“Paid extra for quick delivery it was 2 days late and the watch battery barely lasts 10hrs so will probably have to pay to have it replaced this was my first purchase through wowcher and not the best experience Found I could of got the watch next day from Amazon at the same price without paying for delivery”

“I have never received the watch in question. Wowcher is a con my first order I received a badly damaged watch, I sent it back never received a refund, second watch all payed for and not heard anything since. Be careful ordering from them as I have paid £250 to be left empty handed”

“Hasn’t been delivered yet ! Was due for delivery before or on the 11th of December I have contacted Wowcher several times , contacted the merchant several times . Had a message yesterday to confirm they were delivering yesterday . This is totally unacceptable as this was a gift for my 12 year old Daughter’s Birthday which was on the 14th of December . Turns out I have to have a 44mm but ordered a 40mm . Absolutely unacceptable customer service really bad .”

“Had to pay £9.99 for delivery. Watch was sent normal Royal Mail tracked that costs around £3. Package was just left barely noticeable by Royal Mail on the photo that was taken. We have not been able to locate the package and now I have been told I have to wait 30 days to get a resolution when Christmas is only next week.”

“After ordering through Wowcher I was told this watch is not in stock near the day it was to be delivered. I was offered a substitute or refund. I opted for the refund. I have been waiting one week for the money to be refunded, and still no sign of the money. I have contacted Wowcher and the supplier, but still no joy. Really poor service in this instance.”
