I haven’t received my watch. I was sent an email stating they didn’t have the colour. I asked for another never heard anything until I emailed. The response was swift but they had no series 5 was asked would I want a series 6. Im now awaiting their reply. I paid extra for the post but its been over a week with still no watch

Not happy no charger apple watch dies after charging fully and sleeping overnight had a fitbit previously, definitely going back

Useless item, wouldn’t hold charge and battery was only at 75% and needed a battery replacement, wasn’t updated to the latest software and arrived 0% charge and took over an hour to turn on. I have returned the item for a full refund however I am still yet to hear from them or receive my refund.

The watch arrived but with no charger so I can’t see if it’s working or not yet as I have had to order one, not good

I'm not sure if this product is official or genuine. The reason I am not sure if it should be delivered with a charger- but wasn't! Then I borrowed my daughters official purchased charger and was not magnetized yo watch case as expected I will continue to check

Watch arrived very quickly and well packaged. There were no instructions for use so I did have to go online to research plus how to charge it. YouTube and Amazon were very helpful. I am thrilled now it’s up and running and glad I purchased it.
