“The process of getting the voucher was ok. How ever, trying to get the MS office from the voucher had too many levels of indirection. You had to find the voucher number, which wasn't listed in an obvious or clear place, to put it into the field on the form before you could get MS office product, so that was too convoluted and stressful. This was at the same time as the voucher counting down that you only had 5mins to get your product before the voucher ran out, so it made it seem that you had to manage to get MS office in 5 mins or you would forfeit the money you had just spent. This was unnecessarily stressful and turned out not to be the case, so was misleading as well. Wowcher used to be more clear and direct when you bought a voucher and got an email with it and you could use it directly that way or print it out.”

“I'm quite tech savvy, but I found this product to be an absolute nightmare. Firstly, trying find how you download it after purchase was a nightmare. And then only to find that I have to uninstall a load of programmes in order to make it work. (Microsoft one drive etc) Sorry, but I want prepared to do that, so i haven't bothered trying install the product. Resigned to the fact that I've lost money on this product, as its totally unusable.. Don't bother!”
