“Bought this product in May 2025 from Zac-learning.com via Wowcher and is now showing as ‘Product Activation Failure’ this was supposed to be a lifetime activation for individual computer, but only at the beginning of July and it been blocked by Microsoft due to zac-learning.com not having a recognised account. Looking online I see that I’m not the only person to have had this issue, so cannot understand why Wowcher would promote their products. I have emailed the company and am now awaiting a response. If anyone is thinking of purchasing this then I would strongly advise against it as I am also unable to access anything I have saved since using this package.”
