“Very dissapointed it was poor poor quality base was bad headboard too and mattress so poor it sinks in the middle .I wouldn't sell this to anyone you should take it off your site if you want anybody to buy anything else I won't be chancing anything again”

“Do NOT buy this!! We got two beds and one came with a great mattress with a nice memory foam topper, the second was awful! No topper, lumps, a tear and half the weight of the other mattress. They will not replace it, they are rude beyond belief and no one will call me back Keep as far away from this as you can, it will NOT look like the picture and read Cloud9 reviews and you will see I am not the only person and Wowcher will just wash there hands and not help yet continue to offer this awful product”

“Having had the bed & mattress for just a couple of weeks, my first impressions are that it is a good bed & mattress. However, delivery was a bit of an issue. I received a message to say that delivery would be between 10.00am & 1.00am and they would call when they were an hour away. I received no call and nobody had turned up by 1.00. I then got a call about3.30pm to say they would be with me within the hour. I then got a call at 4.00pm to say they were outside. When I went out, they were actually outside a different house. So bed was finally delivered once I had attracted their attention”

“Purchased after entering delivery details and first of 3 payments taken. Contacted the company the day before the date of delivery provided as I hadn't heard anything from them in 2weeks only to be told they don't deliver to my area and I wouldn't be receiving the bed. If I hadn't chased it up I wonder if or when I would have been told? Really disappointing. Should have been flagged when I provided my address when making the original order. Still waiting on refund of the original partial payment.”

“Matress nothing like the one on the picture, very poor quality, still waiting for a refund merchant not willing to negotiate. Do not buy unless you want a bed you can't use.”
