“It took weeks to receive it & then when it arrived I didn't even think it was the same winter coat. It looked more like an extra large, thinly knitted, badly fitting cardigan with a hood & short sleeves. It didn't even look like the colour I thought I'd ordered. In fact it looked so different from what I was expecting from looking at the photo I thought it was a scam”
