If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. “So disappointed. The actual item is not the same as the pic. It is not a thick chunky knit, more thin and smooth. Smelt absolutely awful too. Took two washes to get rid of it. I am afraid this purchase has put me off using Wowcher again.”

“Awful no where near a winter coat, so thin probably wouldn’t keep you warm in the spring. I have already requested a full refund and will be returning the thin cardigan tomorrow. It wasn’t even khaki but an insipid light brown. Was short and basically not what was shown in the advert, a real misrepresentation!!!!!!!!!”
