“Ordered 2 and only recived 1 still trying to sort out after 2 weeks plus nothing in the instructions ref the steam part as there is no where to put water. I have asked but nothing come back as yet. Very disapointed NJ”

“Disappointed. Just a glorified duster essentially. Misleading description - not a 'vacuum' cleaner, and only works as a "steam" mop if you run the mop head in boiling water, then put it back on the mop without burning your hands.”

“Received a completely different item from what I ordered - no steam in sight ! Also, no vacuum collector so not even sure how this could be called a hoover ? Just a microfibre cloth to catch dirt on your floor so guessing you’d have to pick dirt off it afterwards ? This item has gone straight in the bin and refund asked for.”

“This is not a vacuum or a steam mop. There is no vacuum, it does not have suction capacity and there is nothing for mopping facilities. It’s more of a robot floor duster. I was very disappointed.”
