“I’ve received the two supposed vacuum steam mops basically it’s just like a hard wood flooor duster on wheels doesn’t pick anything up and how is it supposed to steam mop when there’s no where to add water One of them is cracked how do I get full refund”

“This is not a 2 in 1 steam mop and vacuum cleaner. It's basically just a duster for floors. It tells you not to put water near it. The box just says robot vacuum cleaner. Waste of money”

“This is not 2 in one. Just one, it will only "clean" clean surface, there is no vacuuming part to it. It is not forth the £80 or even the £12 ish that I paid for it.”

“It works but gets stuck very easily and won't budge. Waste of time as you can't leave it to get on, you have to manually move it away from objects which are just kitchen units! Would not recommend.”
