“Had to wait 45 minutes for service after sitting down and seeing people arrive after us but get served first is unacceptable when you only have the table for 2 hours. Sandwiches were starting to dry. Cakes were good.”

“Wouldn’t recommend. They advertise it can be used Sunday - Thursday but please be aware there is a £5 charge PP if you do book a Sunday. One of our party was vegan and they could not cater for her. Then they also charged us £28 for one glass of processo and have failed to get back in touch with me as to why I was charged so much.”

It is already mentioned on the fine print as below Sun- Thurs. Fridays and Saturdays are excluded (£5pp surcharge, paid directly to the venue on Sunday bookings)

“Disappointed with the afternoon tea, there was no quiche so nothing savoury. We where given an extra scone as a replacement. We waited a long time before we where served”

“The staff are all very helful and always ready to make your stay a joy. The only negative of our afternoon tea was that we were unable to buy a bottle of Prosecco for £15 like the last time we were there. The only offer was to pay £20 each for unlimited prosecco. I would have quite happily paid £20 for one bottle as its enough for the afternoon tea. Because of this I'm not sure if I would do the afternoon tea again. Thank you Ann MacKay”
