“Pool is good, Surroundings nothing to see with kid, hotle location is good but superior rooms are not decoarted and furnished as lavished. Upon arrival room didnt have cups glass and towels for four as booked but were provided on request. on the second at dinner staff was not friendly and were avoiding eye contact due to messed up my order but finally was sorted with the lady on the counter. There was choas on breakfast on the second day due to more bookings overnight and staff didnt prepare for enough food refill, long qeues, delayed plates, delayed breads, eggs etc.”

“Nice hotel, friendly service. The pool area is not well manned and even though there is plenty of signage up regarding no jumping or splashing, there were plenty not abiding by the rules making it a bit unpleasant for others.”

“Very clean and tidy hotel. Lovely facilities. Only downside is you can only swim for an hour and you have to pre book the timings which is somewhat restrictive.”
