“Would not recommend, the food was terrible and service was even worse in the restaurant the room wasn’t the cleanest and there was no cordial and the wine u cannot even pick it’s only red wine apparently.”

“Lovely hotel, shame that the spa/pool was fully booked when we arrived and unfortunately the evening meal was a 1 hour and half wait for mains and another 1 hour for desserts. Breakfast was fantastic though and the rooms really were beautiful. Thank you for having us.”

“our room was large but not up to 4 star standards with some grubby parts to it, for example the radiator was badly marked, walls were marked and the shower taps had the front covers missing. The dinner was in a room that was like a weatherspoons but with really terrible service. After 40 minutes still had no drinks. took an hour to get my meal and my wife's meal came 30 minutes later after I had finnished mine. No way that this is 4 star service. The food was good when it finally came, but the place didn't even look that busy. I won't be going back. At £130.00 a night mid week in November, it was really bad value.”

“Fantastic hotel, food good but took very long to arrive 1 hr 45 mins to reach our table! Sauna room and steam room five * The water was a bit misty probably needs to be cleaned more frequently. Hotel staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly breakfast five star you definitely need a car for this location.”
