“Service at hotel very poor. Rude staff and lots of queuing. Room was not superior it just had some snacks. Water drank by another person left in fridge. Breakfast there was no cutlery, food had been left for hours and hardly any seats or staff. Very over priced for what we received.”

“disappointed with the breakfast no pastries available and no one around to ask why tables left uncleared breakfast items not replenished and cold which was surprising considering we went for breakfast at 830am orange juice machine empty again no one around to ask such a shame as hotel is spotless and in a lovely location”
