“This is not worthy of 4* hotel , my room was not superior, I was not granted a late check out as stated. Breakfast was average. However location very central for Quayside bridges & other esturants”

“Lovely stay with friendly staff and even got to check in early! Only criticism would be that the bathroom needs bringing up to date, however it was well worth the money”
