This has been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I wish I had never purchased this Apple laptop. I was offered the option of either a 13” or 15” laptop and I chose the 15”. Obviously a little bit more expensive. But what arrived was a 13” version. I have been trying my hardest to get in touch with Wowchers Customer Service, but it clearly is non existent!! I have been financially RIPPED OFF and I advise anyone considering buying from Wowcher to DEFINITELY NOT!! I would have been better buying from Amazon as they do look after their customers. A horrible and heartbreaking online experience, Wowcher are ONLINE FRAUDSTERS who happily take your money and don’t care when you complain.

Switched laptop on. Various hardware faults and failures lit up. Also fan ran continuously. Retuned it the very next morning. Two weeks have now passed and I’m still waiting for a refund. Also zero response from Wowcher.

If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Just opened it today and there’s a rather large dent just below the keyboard! I’ve never brought a reconditioned item before so I’m not sure if this is normal!!

I have returned this week's ago due to faults, writing on the cover and dents all over it, I have still to receive my refund, please do not spend any money on these they are poor and nobody responds to your return I'm down £139 now and nobody is interested in helping me

The laptop which I received initially didn’t work, but I was able to return it, and received a replacement which works fine. I had to pay postage again in order to return my faulty laptop, and as yet, I haven’t received that cost back.
