“Received the item, however there is an administrator name and password on there which stops you actually downloading anything. I have contacted the supplier and they have responded. Not very good service. I need a response on how to either remove this or what the admin details are. This should have been restored to factory setting before me receiving this and should not have had an administrator on it”
