“It was awful. Room small and drab .No view outside. Bed against wall could only get on one side of bed. We didn't expect much but this was taking the mick. Drab walls and battered doors. . Haven't been painted for years. Basic supper could get better at wether spoons . Two course meal unacceptable. Couldn't wait to leave.”

“The hotel lobby was well presented beautifully decorated. The rooms were very disappointed. Out of date very shabby. Could do with modernising. We were tucked away in a corner overlooking the alleyway. No view of Hyde park as advertised. Breakfast was good. As for dinner very basic. You get more from the chippy or even macdonalds.”

“Very good location. Hotel had everything we needed for our stay a little outdated but a bargain at the price. Breakfast was included. Beautiful buffet food was delicious. Free bottle of wine on arrival. Rose was very nice. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend x”

“Had great time , the hotel is well situated on hyde park. Breakfast was buffet style , plenty of selection. We had evening meal in the hotel which was reasonably priced.”

“Really disappointed. Hotel shabby and uncared for. Breakfast cheap and only offered a glass of wine at the bar. Not a good deal!”
