“Had a lovely weekend in Venice Hotel was a short journey from the airport (bus) and 10 minutes to Venice Island (1.5 euro on the bus) . Very comfotable hotel right by the bus and right station for easy links everywhere. Will definately be booking another mystery holiday”

“We paid a bit extra and had an extra night in Marrakech. The Wizz Air flight times from Gatwick allowed us to have 4 full days to explore Marrakech, which was amazing (we drove from Birmingham and paid for airport parking and bought a 26kg suitcase as well, and paid for extra leg room), and the riad we stopped in was in the south of medina (riad Fatouma). The riad itself was clean, but some might say it is budget accommodation - would room was on the top floor and after a day of walking in the heat we wanted to use the shower, but the water was just a slight trickle (we were told the water is limited during the night, so couldn’t shower or use the toilet). The holiday was amazing - the food was great, we also went on a trip to the Atlas Mountains and a traditional Berber house. Would definitely go again, but stay in a riad that is a bit more upmarket.”

“Very disappointing, I was charged twice the price, just short of £200 each, to fly from an airport, Birmingham International, that was more than 100 miles away even though I have two regional airports, Bristol and Cardiff, within close proximity. To land in a remote airport many miles from Venice, Treviso, and to stay in a hotel also many miles from Venice. It was a three day trip, the first day we travelled for 13 hours, the second day we spent time in Venice, the third day we spent the day travelling home again. Late flight out, early flight home. This was a very expensive and exhausting one-day holiday”

“We couldn’t go due to complications, rang up to change dates and emailed I had no reply so after changing the destination and original date the amount I paid was massive. Wouldn’t use again as lost heaps of money”

“The holiday itself.was great...we got Warsaw, however initially.were offered a late flight with 2 nights accommodation and then a very early morning flight , meaning we would have only had one day there...the agent changed our flights and moved are accommodation closer to the city but this ended up.costing nearly.400 on top, them charged us an admin fee and then we had.to pay to rebook seats on both flights...it would be cheaper and easier just checking for cheap.flights and booking your own accommodation.”

“Probably won’t be doing this again as it was a lot of hassle, the first destination I was offered was in Germany but if i wanted to go ahead with it then i had to pay for my own flights on the way back which i refused so was offered another destination which was Prague and that turned out to be pretty good, but i doubt id recommend the mystery holiday to people”
