“We had a lovely evening at The Waldorf, enjoying the 3 course menu and glass of Prosecco. The ambiance was excellent, waiters were very attentive, the starters, mains and desserts were delicious. A very welcoming, relaxing and enjoyable evening we would highly recommend.”

“We had SOUP which was cold. We asked for bread an extra £5 charge. We had steak an extra £14 each. Sparkling water brought to table we didn't ask for . £5 charge. Service was very good. The steak was very good but no veg or potatoes served with it. An extra £47 was paid for a mediocre meal.”

“Sadly venue outdated, dull and bland. No atmosphere whatsoever. Dried flowers on dining tables and bar area. Limited food choice. Paid extra for choices in supplement menu With extras for supplement choices and one glass of white wine, bill came to £107.00. Food and service ok. Overall, a disappointing experience.”

“The food was lovely, the only thing that let the evening down was the service. Very slow and seemed all over the place (like it needed more staff). I wouldn't go back again just because I thought the standards of service would have been higher. Other than that, the portion sizes of the food were great. Beautiful presentation and flavourings.”

“Very nice food, all courses delivered beyond expectations. Staff were amazing. Ambience was very good too. However it was impossible to get through to the restaurant to book the table. I called 3 days straight at least 2 hours per day trying to get through. I got through to concierge but not restaurant. The phone at the restaurant was not answered. The concierge walked there to deliver my messages and was told they would call but never called. Eventually u got through at 10pm on Thursday for staturday booking. Staff said they would send me a confirmation email but did receive one”
