“I have received the funiture with both sides of the table missing from pieces delivered. I have sent an email about this but not heard anything back and also the Wowcher was £89.99 but you need to pay £39.99 for delivery also to which I couldn’t see when i purchased it. There was also another £3.49 taken from my account with no explanation as to why. I hope I hear from you soon to rectify this issue asap or I will be taken this to trading standards”

“Nice looking and comfortable garden furniture. However, it was fairly difficult to assemble. Also, one table leg is a good inch shorter than the other three! Not able to use the table at the moment. Please advise as how to return the table. Sincerely, Michael Wolinski.”

“Haven't received it, poor customer service, delivery company first told me it was being prepared for delivery, 1 week later I was told it was now sold out, then when I called they said they had it in stock would be delivered within 3 days, still nothing. Contacted wowcher via WhatsApp told I would be called back within 24 hours never received a call. Emailed delivery company again and they are offering a replacement. A replacement to a delivery I never received!!! Would stay away. I am taking the matter further!!!! Do not buy anything SCAM”
