“I ordered it as Birthday Surprise for the 26th July - They delivered 1 out of 2 pieces last week! I ordered Grey & Black came. The surprise was obviously spoilt & trying to get the problem resolved is ridiculous. There is no Customer Service except an automated email service. I'm left with one chair in the wrong Colour & a return label so I can take it to the Post Office! It's a joke! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND "WOWCHER" & their products as there is a catch on every item. Trouble is I was Brand Loyal but after this I have lost all confidence in the company. Please could someone contact me regarding this?”

“Missing parts of the chairs so can’t build them. No foam for sofa and table is wonky and glass doesn’t stick to the top of it because it’s off balance so can’t use it. Have emailed but no response yet”

“Quite. difficult to erect if your not used to flat packs very poor instructions which was made more difficult because the washers were missing but once erected looked good .”
