“Haven’t received item, had email to say it had been delivered, it hadn’t. Asked for a replacement to be sent. Advised it would arrive between 1-5 days …. Today is 5th day still not arrived. No up dates from currier and tracking info useless as not updated”

“Not put items up yet but service was prompt, delivery was more than quick, item was well packaged, driver was polite and helpful and even carried item to my back garden for me. There was no damage on package and it is definitely well wrapped. Waiting for better weather to put it up.”
