“Utter disaster! Pergola was never delivered and had to jump through hoops to show the delivery driver obviously had given it to someone else. My first Wowcher purchase (or non purchase!) not sure I will be back. Apparently have to wait 7 days for my refund. Extremely disappointed”

“I was disappointed to find when opening my parcel that one of the brackets supplied to connect bars lettered B and I had been folded incorrectly and the holes would not align, I overcame this and completed the build. However, when the cover was rained on,it became immediately obvious that the cover was not as water resistant as advertised and water came through the material almost as soon as the rain water settled on the material. I cannot understand how after reading other reviews just what kind of quality control the company employ if any. I think I am being generous in awarding the product 2 stars.l”
