“Orderd via wowcher paid £9.99 for speedy delivery recived tracking info from royal mail when I checked said awaiting parcel a week later still says the same thing contacted Hate My Phone via email not the easiest to find by the way. Recived a reply apologising and said parcel has gone missing or stolen offerd refund which I have accepted but not got the postage back apparently that is down to wowcher so now need to get hold of them just feels like they over sold the wowcher and I missed out not good practise.”

I can confirm your credit refund has now been applied to your account which is available to use instantly. The credit will be valid on your account for 3 months. “Didn't receive any tracking details and apparently lost in the post - will get a FULL refund including postage costs but wonder if the deal offered was real - very disappointed !”

“I wish I could review the the Samsung tablet - it was due 9 days ago, but since I have not yet received, it is extremely difficult. Having paid the not inconsiderable sum of £9.99 postage, I should be able to expect a fairly timely delivery, not so apparently, extremely idsappointed with Wowcher and their suppliers.”

“You sold me Junk, Wowcher never advertises that they sell refurbished stuff, you always advertise brand new products and offers, you've ripped me off and robbed me out of loads of money, you lost my original order in transit and instead of refunding me gave me the money back in Wowcher credit, what actually made you think I wanted to buy something else from you after you lost my order once which I was actually excited to have in my room, I thought I was buying a brand new tablet but no you sold me out dated tablet that doesn't work and doesn't allow me to have half the apps and games I want. I was stupid enough to give you a second chance by using my Wowcher credit because I didn't want to loose out on money but it turned out to be a waste, don't ever think I'm gonna use Wowcher again or recommend it to someone because I certainly won't be”
