“I'm not happy with the purchase for a number of reasons. Firstly I paid £9.99 for your "speedy delivery" it arrived 4 days later! Secondly I'm not sure how old the so called "refurbished" tablet is but I can't even download you tube onto it whenever I try and download it i keep getting a message saying your device is not compatible. I have done a factory reset a number of times and I'm still unable to download it . This was the very first time I've used wowcher and it's probably going to be the last time too it's almost impossible to get in touch with any kind of customer service and I'm constantly being bombarded with emails about deals that I'm not interested in. It's just not good enough I won't be using wowcher again.”

“The delivery time was horrible I did not receive my tablet at all I think hatemyphones and wowcher have lots to explain after meeting 10pound just for delivery and it not even turning up”

“Fast delivery of this item. It is in as new condition too. What I would recommend when you get it is fully charge it before use then once powered on go to settings & factory reset it. If you can delete unwanted apps off it do so & clear all storage used space to free up space needed. I would definitely suggest buying a memory card as the tablet will need updating & the 16GB memory Isn’t enough & it won’t work properly NOTE it holds a maximum card of 64GB so anything over is too much & doesn’t work. Also found the 2GB one from my mobile was sufficient anyway. Clean looking tablet, easy to use & very quick processing & doesn’t take long to get used to its functionality. Very happy with this at just under £50 too.”
