We received Belfast for your Mystery Holiday. The company was very helpful. When we arrived to Belfast on Monday there you hotel which the company they said that the room booking had been cancelled. I called the travel agent they said the booking was still live at there end it was the hotel that cancelled the booking. After half an hour . We received another hotel which we were very happy with. They are reimbursing my fares to the other hotel and sent me vouchers to use towards another holiday. I would Recommend this company

Actual holiday was amazing. Bordeaux was beautiful. But flights meant we only had one day there and was a lot of hassle and stress with Super Escapes after they charged us a further £60 for an “upgraded” hotel that was an hour outside of Bordeaux and reviews showed I dressed with rats. But after weeks of emails back and too we eventually got a more suitable, clean, city centre hotel and was able to enjoy the break. Would recommend, but warn anyone to check what Super Escapes offer.

Turin - paid 130 extra as my dates weren’t available.. hotel room was grim, described as city centre but 45 minute walk. Would never do again or recommend, communication with company is a nightmare, everything is extra.

Worst experience. No one informed me my flights were cancelled and it took over 3 months to get a refund for a holiday that didn’t exist anymore. Wowcher did not help me in my struggles when I contacted them and Super Escapes just kept wanting more money out of me. Please no one do this, you end up paying just as much as a normal holiday in the end and if something goes wrong then you have no support from either company involved. You might aswell just book a normal holiday with a reputable supplier.

The booking process was good and contact consistent. However, it appears to be £159pp but that was not including any add ons that shouldn’t be add ons. We went for two nights and the flight we were given was a late night flight the Monday to arrive early hours Tuesday morning and then to return first thing Wednesday. We refused this and said it was a waste and not the time told. We then had to pay £78 per person to change the flight times to half decent ones. You have to also print off your boarding passes. ATOL Certificate and Hotel Booking which is fine - but you do not receive your boarding pass until 24 hours before the flight. Which is fine on the way there, but whilst away how would we have access to a printer? Therefore we had to pay a further £32 to ‘chose our seats’ which didn’t bother us, but this then allowed us to print off the boarding passes to take with us. We enjoyed our trip but not as advertised. Would not be doing this again. A trip that should have cost £318, ended up costing £506.

DO NOT BUY!!! I bought this product hoping to surprise my partner, but it turned into a nightmare. Since the 22nd of March, I've had an unresolved complaint. The so-called "mystery company" contacted me only to demand more and more money—it's all a scam!!! They wanted to change the destination randomly and then asked for an additional £300 per person. The hotel suggestion was terrible, completely different dates from the ones I wanted. I reached out to Wowcher for help since I never claimed the product, but they were completely unhelpful. My issue is still unresolved, and I haven't been refunded. It wasn't cheap either! Wowcher tells me to contact the company, and the company tells me to contact Wowcher. No one takes responsibility, and I’m stuck without an answer or a refund. I sent this email multiple times with no response: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you that despite my previous email dated 22 April 2024 and numerous follow-up attempts, I have yet to receive a resolution regarding my refund request for Order 47139604. As per the Terms and Conditions and The Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a full refund due to the breaches outlined in my previous correspondence. If I do not receive a full refund today, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Yours sincerely, I am still waiting!!!! Super unhelpful service, and I am extremely disappointed. Avoid at all costs!
