“Paid for the Wowcher deal and the agents that sort the holiday out haven’t been able to provide anything the dates I stated has passed and they won’t give me a refund”

“Terrible customer experience. Poor communication from the very beginning. Hidden costs once purchased the vouchers. Did not receive any booking confirmation for the flights or hotels therefore we was not able to go on holiday. Would not recommend to anyone”

“we got a wowcher holiday to Milan, which we were very happy with hotel was a bit out of the way from everything so had to travel in between for longer but this didn’t effect our holiday. the hotel was nice and the flights were good! would definitely do again”

“Wowcher was great, unfortunately, it all went downhill from there, super escapes wasn't very helpful, they said we got a 4 star hotel, more like a 1 star hotel, the receptionist was very rude, all of them, the hotel was falling to bits, no lids on the toilet seats in the lobby, holes I'm the walls, on the information it stated we could check in at 2, however the receptionist wouldn't let us in until 5! The roof outside our room was leaking very bad and ready to cave in, (see images) when we told them about this, the maintenance man said we shouldn't worry as it wasn't in our room! The door to our room didnt lock so we had to pit a metal bin on the door handle incase someone tried our door when we was sleeping! The bar opened at 5, we didn't get served until 5:30 as there was no one to serve us, there was ants in our room, no kettle or coffee or anything, the shower door didn't close, the tap was absolutely filthy, breakfast was bare minimal, I just can't get over how rude the staff was, the worst holiday experience we have ever had! Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, when we asked for help to locate restaurants and bars they just said it would take too long, really really horrible experience, will 100% not book again!”

“We got Milan as our destination. Staff were very helpful each time I phoned. We paid extra to stay in a 4 star hotel which most definitely wasn’t one. Overall, we had an amazing time and price is unbeatable.”

“So we initially drew Italy, we had already travelled to the country before and wanted somewhere we hadn't been to. We paid an additional 100 between two. Very happy with our destination (Portugal) and the trip was really lovely. Do you research on the hotel and distance between towns and the likes as this can easily add up.in costs.”
