“They are extremely badly damaged and do not turn off. The casing on one of them is not fixed around the keyboard and they have extremely deep symbols carved into the casing. I am still trying to get return labels and refunded. Customer service is appalling.”

“Hi I’m actually have to return and let me tell you very difficult to do so Also be aware of the charges Cost to get it posted is , in my case £9.99 and to return again £5.99 ?? I returned my Hp Crome was in a awful mess it was refurbished maybe the mother board but not the outer case scratches all over it Chipped on the side key board worn away , So now it’s cost a lot more and still waiting for this to be resolve , question them to be told up to 15 days All a can do is advise other be warned ! Someone has to go through this to Advise other's I’m of to the shops If I feel it touch it get advice it’s real Good luck”

“It was a HP chrome book sent - couldn’t down load files from I cloud - the following day the computer wouldn’t turn on- tested the fuse in plug that was fine , left it to charge for an hour still wouldn’t turn on. Sent Wowcher a message received reply and return item to supplier -expecting full refund and postage charges back As I paid £13.99 for express delivery - Very disappointed .”
