“It turns on and works but you get what you paid for, my charger doesn’t work the computer is slow it says refurbished but it has so many bubbles/damages on the screen. Other than that it’s okay”

“I am still waiting for wowcher to send return details to process my refund for the faulty chromebooks that you sent me. They are extremely badly damaged on the casing the casing is not fixed around the keyboard. They have deep carvings in the casing and the chromebooks do not turn off . They are permanently on. I am fuming that this has been going on for several weeks.”

“They are extremely badly damaged and do not turn off. The casing on one of them is not fixed around the keyboard and they have extremely deep symbols carved into the casing. I am still trying to get return labels and refunded. Customer service is appalling.”
