“I purchased the voucher specifying my date and the only trip they could provide me within price even though I paid extra to go away in summer was to fly out from an airport not in my specified choice to stay somewhere less than 48 hours. I previously have done the mystery holiday with another travel company who were very good. Didn’t end up going on the holiday and wouldn’t recommend it with them.”

“We were given Marrakech. It was a place we would have never chosen ourselves but we went with it. We upgraded for another night as the flight times weren’t very good for 2 nights. Overall, we had a great time and it was good value for money. The upgrade gave us breakfast included for the stay. The riad hotel was clean and the staff were nice. We arranged airport transfers directly with the hotel which was convenient. The taxi driver was very welcoming. We are so pleased we took the plunge and booked the mystery holiday!”

“Spain was the resort. The hotel was down back alleys, dark smelt of stale smoke didn’t see another person staying there the receptionist was friendly but not helpful and didn’t care when we said we are leaving and going to another hotel no questions asked. The room was smelly Smokey dark no fridge no view except for the brick wall never ever going to do a mystery holiday again”
