“Absolute nightmare experience from start to finish. Was originally supposed to be going to Sweden but after receiving excuse after excuse from travelodeal I was told holiday was no longer available. Eventually set new dates and sent us to Latvia. The hotel was horrible wasn’t even a 1 star. The hotel was quite obviously being used as a brothel it was situated in the ghetto area and definitely wasn’t a safe place for us to stay. We left and spent £600 on flights to get back home. Don’t expect Wowcher to help either they are not interested. Can’t stress enough for people to avoid this.”

“Hotel was awful. Old and run down and didn’t look like it was meant to be open. Later found out that the hotel was for asylum seekers which explained a lot. Absolute disgrace that we were put in a hotel for asylum seekers whilst we were meant to be on a enjoyable holiday. We will never be doing this deal again!!”

“Where do I start. The initial offer was for 2 nights in Mallorca travelling from Southend airport which was closer to Mallorca than where I live. I was talked into paying extra to change to a 3 night stay half board in lloret de Mar. This boosted the price to £450. Then the flight was Ryanair so by time we added luggage and seats it was up to almost £600. They claimed that the transfer was an hour when it was 3 1/2 hours. The hotel was a slum with noise going on all night long. We couldn’t wait to get home. Our return flight was 09:50 in the morning but our transfer was at 04:30. A lesson learned. Never again”

“I never got my mystery holiday as I got messed about saying I would get a call back and never did every time I phoned they hung up on me. AVOID DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE”

“me and my boyfriend purchased this deal and we got berlin! we got the option to change to another few similar locations if we weren’t happy with berlin but we were. since it was a city break it was only meant to be 2 days and 2 nights but we got the option to add on an extra 2 days so we did for an extra wee amount pp. the guy phoning us, benjamin, i think was very helpful and honestly i would so recommend this wowcher holiday deal, only thing was that we were flying with ryanair so only backpacks were included for free, and would have had to pay for even a small carryon case but honestly that’s fair considering what we paid. definitely worked out cheaper than if we had done it seperately ourselves”

“Only £99 holiday available was flying from Doncaster 11pm returning to Leeds 8am, useless. I ended up paying additional £150 to ho to Belfast, a holiday that I could have sourced cheaper. I contacted Wowcher but yet still waiting for a reply. NEVER AGAIN”
