“looks nothing like the pictures. Took 3 weeks to arrive despite me paying extra for a 4 day delivery. Customer service is a shambles Won’t be using again. Plants not worth the money.”

“The plants are great arrived after a few days great size also, trunk off the tree around 20mm around 3-3.5ft tall so overall delighted with them”

“The plants are great, exactly as expected. One pot was damaged but we were offered a replacement or a voucher, so the customer service was very good. I ordered two more plants after seeing the first two. Planters are a bit small and not worth the extra charge.”
